We talked about art as a time machine, language and memory, language images as iconic, symbolic or formal with which inscribe our thoughts, our ideas and our ways of thinking. And that's what we do, constantly trace, leaving trails of our presence and our thinking. We leave footprints, just as a child doodling research on the walls, hallucinating with what is printed on the stand, and trying to understand. So we run, trying to discern what surrounds us.
